Hi, I’m Lynsi!

I’m a massage therapist in the Twin Cities. I graduated from the Saint Paul College Massage Therapy program. My approach to bodywork aims to reconnect the mind and muscle connection through whole body reintegration. I believe it is important to treat the body as a whole - not individual parts. The foundation of my practice uses kinsesiology, anatomy, and postural analysis to help get to the root cause of your pain and tension. 

My practice is built on a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, recognizing the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every individual. I am committed to exceeding the unique needs of my clients and treating each client with compassion and ethical standards of care. My mission is to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed massage therapy services that support stress relief, pain management, and holistic wellness. I am committed to creating a practice where each client feels supported in their individual healing and wellness journey. 

I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release techniques and cupping. I am passionate about helping people get to the root cause of their chronic pain and restore strength and function throughout the body. I look forward to working with you!
