Hi, I’m Gabriella - owner and sole practitioner of La Loba Massage and Bodywork. I’ve created my practice with the intention of offering more than just massage - each session is designed as a space to reconnect you with the lost parts of yourself (an ode to the myth “La Loba”, which I’ve named my practice after).

I believe some forms of self-care should feel effortless. Through in-home sessions, you’re invited to remain within the comfort and familiarity of your own curated atmosphere before, during, and after your treatment - without the rush of traffic, overstimulation, or immediately returning to the outside world. This allows our work together to unfold on a deeper level. The intention is not simply temporary relief, but creating an environment where your body feels safe enough to truly unwind, with effects that continue to integrate well beyond the session.

My approach blends the flowing relaxation of Swedish massage with the intentional depth of therapeutic bodywork, incorporating clinical techniques such as neuromuscular therapy (NMT) where supportive and beneficial. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, creating an experience that feels both deeply restorative and highly personalized.
