Service Received: Zero Balance Therapy with Kristin A.
I'm always up for trying a new modality, and I had never heard of zero balancing, so decided to give it a shot. Best way for me to describe it is if you have ever had Rolfing. Zero Balancing - to me - would be a much gentler, softer, less painful LOL version, like Rolfing-lite. Kristin was excellent, her location was quiet and I'm glad I did the session.
