If you're pregnant you NEED this massage. I'm usually not a fan of prenatal because it doesn't always feel like anything was done but Kristen has converted me to a fan! Kristen is an incredible therapist and made me feel so much relief after. As a licensed massage therapist myself I want to now learn from her as well. This was the first time a massage didn't feel short but just enough. I had ALREADY scheduled my next appointment and will continue to see her postpartum as well.
