With each session you'll feel heard, nurtured, and deeply relaxed. I will take my time to understand your goals and preferences. Whether you need stress relief, pain reduction, improved range of motion or all of the above, we will develop a customized treatment plan. In addition to bodywork, this plan may include stretching, self care, or other suggestions so that you can continue to feel better after you leave the table.
