The best thing you can do for yourself while pregnant! Kristen is so attentive to what you tell her you’re struggling with and addresses it in just the right way through the massage. She even gave me advice on sleeping more comfortably and some exercises to do at home. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been a couple times by the time I am writing this review. I cannot say how much I have benefitted from Kristen's massages. She spends time before each session going over current issues/discomforts I am experiencing and helping me troubleshoot things that could be contributing - such as recommending different sleeping support items which have vastly improved my sleep quality and comfort. I have already recommended her to my other pregnant friends and coworkers as she has significantly helped with my lower back and glute pains.
