I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to understand why people feel the way they do — why stress shows up in certain places, how posture and habits slowly create tension, and why so many people end up “just living with” pain they don’t actually need to carry. That curiosity shaped me as a therapist and pushed me to work differently.
After years in a busy, high-volume clinic, I realized something important:
people need more time, more intention, and more personalized care than the standard model allows. Most clinics feel rushed and repetitive, and therapists are limited in what they can do. I knew my clients deserved better — and honestly, so did I.
Now I’m opening my own independent practice inside Whole Health & Wellness in Woburn, creating a space where nothing is rushed, your needs come first, and every detail is designed to help your body and mind relax. I’m currently setting up my room and will begin seeing clients in early December.
What Makes My Sessions Different
Your Session, Your Way
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sessions. You get to personalize the full experience, including:
• Music — nature sounds, instrumentals, soft playlists, white noise, or whatever helps you relax
• Lighting — dim, warm, bright, or candle-lit ambiance
• Temperature — adjusted to your comfort
• Table Warmth — from no heat to cozy and warm
• Aromatherapy & Topicals — bring your own essential oils, CBD, or muscle balms, or choose from my curated options
This is your time — the room adjusts to you.
Full Hands-On Time
When you book a 60-minute session, you receive the full 60 minutes on the table.
Most clinics only give 50 because they’re rushing between clients — I don’t work that way.
I add proper buffer time between every appointment so:
• Your intake isn’t rushed
• The session flows naturally
• You come off the table calmly
• I stay present and focused on you — not the clock
Your time is valued, and your nervous system gets the space it needs to fully relax.
Pressure Exactly How You Like It
I offer light, medium, firm, and deep work. I adjust based on:
• Your comfort
• What your muscles actually need
• Ongoing pressure check-ins
I ease into deeper layers slowly so your muscles can release instead of bracing.
I work with your body — not against it.
You Set the Tone
Some people love a quiet session.
Others relax best when they can talk things out.
Whichever you prefer, I follow your lead.
What I Specialize In
I focus on therapeutic and medical massage, supporting clients with:
• Chronic muscle tension
• Postural imbalance
• Sciatica
• TMJ & headaches
• Stress and burnout
• Nerve compression
• Pain that hasn’t improved with stretching or self-care
My goal is to help you feel better physically and mentally — not just for the hour you’re on the table, but long after your session.
Education & Approach
I completed 900 hours of massage education (well above state requirements) and passed the MBLEx to strengthen my clinical foundation.
My approach is simple:
use clinical knowledge and slow, intentional work to help your body feel safe enough to truly relax and release tension.
Booking & Referrals
Even though my practice is located inside Whole Health & Wellness, I operate independently and all clients — new, returning, and referred — can book directly through me.
Sessions cannot be booked through the WHW front desk.
In addition to accepting new clients, I also welcome referrals from:
• Dr. Mary Medwar
• The WHW team
• Local healthcare professionals
• Existing clients
Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.
Professionalism & Safety
I maintain a professional, therapeutic environment based on respect and boundaries.
Any behavior outside appropriate conduct will lead to the session ending immediately and dismissal from my practice. No refunds are given.
Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind — and mine — will always come first.
