I am a self-employed sports recovery practitioner. I specialize in working with athletic populations and injury recovery for Massage Therapy and Frederick Stretch Therapy.

Taking an exercise science approach, I tailor my sessions based on what your body does in your everyday life, chosen sport and what I feel as I work to promote long lasting results and keep you feeling better, longer!
I use a hydraulic massage table and work at a slower / intentional pace to help you feel your best after every visit.

If you are struggling with pain, go see Christopher. He’s a miracle worker! I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back and hip pain for a long time, and I finally found relief after just one session. Chris knows how to listen and translate that into the evaluation. He was thorough in his evaluation and listened to feedback from me and from how my body responded to treatment. As unpleasant as the deep tissue and stretch therapy was at the time, it really helped rehab my injury and I know I’ll be back for a follow up visit.
