Hi there! I'm Zee (they/them) and I've been massaging for 15 years & teaching yoga for 5. I've spent my career learning to listen to the body & interpret what your body is trying to tell you: reclaiming alignment, unlocking range of motion, & restoring wholeness. I do my best to provide trauma-informed care & create a cozy, welcoming space for your rejuvenation. 

We will find the spots you didn't even know you had and give you the tools to prevent them from returning. Whether it's undoing years of scar tissue and old injuries, or addressing a new point of pain or tension, my goal is to help you get back to your maximum movement potential. 

Add-ons include CBD oil & hot stones, as well as complimentary silicone cupping & aromatherapy. 

Additional training includes gloved intra-oral for TMJ issues and undraped chest massage for pre- and post-op.  

Current COVID precautions: I mask with all clients and in crowded indoor and outdoor spaces, run an air purifier, Aranet, and fan, keep the windows open, schedule an hour between clients, sanitize all surfaces, and can test if requested beforehand. I use unscented massage gel, laundry detergent, and cleaning agents. Have scent sensitivites? Let's talk about how to accommodate you!

I'm also very excited to work with folks at varying stages of their gender journey. I use your chosen name over your legal one and honor your pronouns. Even if you've never asked for different pronouns before but have been thinking about it, this is a safe, confidential place to try it out. As a non-binary person, I know how powerful it can be to experience this in a professional, therapeutic setting.
