We’ll assess your movement and discomfort using tools such as Range of Motion (ROM) testing, Orthopedic screens, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Postural analysis, and brief palpation. Disclaimer: This assessment is not for diagnostic purposes, but to help guide your care plan and determine whether massage therapy is appropriate—or if a referral to another provider is needed.

I have been struggling with shoulder and neck pain for the last year including having a couple of MRIs, getting an epidural to relieve a pinched neck and weekly physical therapy. I was visiting my daughter who lives in San Diego and she recommended I try a session with Mike. It was amazing. He was able to find the right spots to stretch and apply just the right amount of pressure to loosen up the tightness in my shoulders and neck. I wish I lived here and would love to go back to him regularly.
