Craniosacral therapyprovides a gentle, light-touch approach that supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, and the body’s natural healing rhythms. Somatic sports massage is designed for athletes and active individuals, blending therapeutic bodywork with movement awareness to support performance, recovery, and resilience.
To further support nervous system balance, Kenley Massage & Wellness also offers vibroacoustic therapy in Centralia, WA. This modality uses low-frequency sound vibrations and therapeutic music to promote deep relaxation, improve nervous system regulation, and support recovery from stress, chronic tension, and overwhelm.
