Sweater Weather

Therapeutic massage that helps reset your body, fix pain at its source, and improve function.  Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply feeling worn down, my treatments are designed to help you perform the duties and demands of life with less pain, more mobility, and renewed energy.

I spent years as a first responder — working long hours, high-stress calls, and giving everything to take care of others, often at the expense of taking care of myself. That experience taught me firsthand what it feels like to be overworked, overwhelmed, and running on empty.

As an avid outdoorswoman, I know firsthand that a body pushed hard — whether on a rescue call or on the trail — needs real routine maintenance, not just an occasional tune-up. That understanding shapes how I approach every session.

Now, after being a licensed massage therapist for many years, I have made the shift to focus fully on massage therapy — bringing that same dedication to helping people, but in a way that lets me help them heal, recover, and feel their best. I am passionate about giving my clients the space to relax, recharge, and take care of themselves the way they deserve.

Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from a demanding job, staying active outdoors, or just need a moment to reset, I  bring compassion, skill, and real-world understanding to every session.
