Kathy Peillot is a mother, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor
and Certified Educator of Infant Massage.
She came to massage therapy after practicing Thai Bodywork and loving the positive outcomes.
Through her 10+ years as a yoga instructor, she has guided clients of various ages and needs: from athletes wanting to balance mobility and strength, to new parents needing to deal with little rest and increased tension.
Her approach is mindful and alignment-based, integrating principles of isometric engagement for stabilization or stretching.
For Massage Therapy, Kathy specializes in Cupping (IASTM), Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Prenatal Massage. She also trained in Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish modalities.
She is also in the process of becoming a personal trainer.
