Jenerous Bodycare offers massage therapy and natural body care products to support your innate healing potential. 

A good massage provides respite from the grind and a reboot for the nervous system. Each client is a unique snowflake so each massage looks different. We work together to reach your wellness goals. 

Since 2008 Jen Hersman's massage has aimed to deliver stress reduction and tension relief. She has studied many modalities, with a strong command of swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neurofascial release, thai-yoga massage, craniosacral massage, intraoral massage and reiki energy healing. Her passion for plant-based medicine and organic bodycare brought her to offer her homemade herbal infused and essential oil creations during sessions and for clients' at home self-care. 

Yoga, fitness, nutrition, meditation and breathwork are all facets of her personal self care and she tries to share knowledge with clients as needed for general wellness. Jen also feels passionate about networking with her tribe of healers in the greater Seattle area. Requests for referrals out to other practitioners for various bodywork or other healing practices is strongly encouraged.

The beautiful Leschi massage studio is Jenerous Bodycare's second location, and is only operating on tuesdays at this time in winter 2025. Please see Jenerous Bodycare in Maple Leaf for thursday in the north end availability.
