60 Minute Intro Holiday Massage

I am a seasoned massage therapist of 30 years with an extensive background in the health sciences and advanced massage training at National Holistic Massage in Sacramento. I hold multiple certifications in massage at the State and National levels. I am also a licensed physical therapist assistant with a focus in orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management. I combine my massage, physical therapy and aromatherapy skills to provide you with an exceptional therapeutic massage. 

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or an elderly grandmother, my specialty is adapting the massage to your specific needs. I utilize pain relieving analgesic crème, aromatherapy oils, hot moist towels and hot stones at no extra cost. Deep tissue massage targets specific areas to decrease pain and improve functional mobility. Swedish massage focuses on unwinding and releasing tension in your body and calming your mind of stress.
