Each session is customized using advanced techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, medical massage, shockwave therapy and relaxation therapy. With a clinical yet calming approach, sessions are designed to address chronic  pain, muscle tension, stress, and restricted mobility while supporting overall wellness and recovery. 

Treatments may include hot stones, cupping, shockwave and other tools  when appropriate to enhance results

Jamie gave me one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. She combined shockwave therapy, red light therapy, stretching, cupping, fascia scraping, deep tissue massage, and hot towels to address pain throughout my body. What impressed me most was how attentive she was. She constantly checked in, listened to my feedback, and adjusted her approach based on how I was feeling. It never felt like she was following a routine. It felt completely personalized. Most importantly, she seemed genuinely excited to see me feeling better. If I could give a sixth star to my overall review, I would!

Best massage I’ve ever had! Well worth the time & money spent. Jamie takes time to ensure you get what you’re needing in trouble areas that are painful. She’s courteous, professional, and a very gifted therapist! I’ll be coming back. The office is sparkling clean and beautiful. Classy place!
