About Intentional Connections MFR

I graduated from NSU in 2011 with my doctorate degree in physical therapy. In my second year of being a PT, I was guided to taking my first myofascial release (MFR) course and I knew immediately that I wanted to continue the route of MFR. Myofascial release changed my life personally and professionally. It opened my awareness, my heart and my body to understand the mind/body connection. I have been fortunate to have had expert MFR therapists as mentors, worked 7 years in an expert level MFR clinic and have been part of client intensives. I have taken over 10 MFR courses over the years. I recently found visceral manipulation in which I am currently working on a certification.
