About Insight Life Counseling & Massage

Insight Life Counseling now offers wellness services in mental health counseling, including therapeutic massage. Our unique, holistic and balanced approach to total body healing is innovative in the mental health field.  We offer focused massage therapy to reduce anxiety, stress, depression and a multitude of additional challenges. We are pleased to feature Debbie Martinez Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Massage Therapist Instructor, as well as a Registered Medical Assistant for our new wellness services.  We offer a holistic approach to mind and body health, come experience why we are unique in healing and wellness.

10 out of 10 would highly recommend! I started to see them when I was 2 seconds away from losing my mind and now I just truly enjoy life. My work & family life are 1000% better. Not exactly sure when Kandi joined but going to therapy and then getting a message is basically a reset button. It's Amazing. Worth every penny.
