My name is Deb Sommerhalder and I offer sound massage and yoga experiences that will help you reset your body and mind back into harmony. With over 20 years teaching yoga and six years offering sound healing you can be assured that I will help you cultivate optimal health and well-being in a “less is more” gentle, holistic manner.

Immerse in a Peter Hess® Sound Massage! Tibetan singing bowls are played gently on your fully-clothed body to connect to your vibrational tone and take you on a sound journey experience. Along with bowls in your aura, chimes and other ancient instruments, this sound vibrational experience will  open your energy field and tune up your body, mind and soul. 

Experience yoga 1-on-1 or in a small private group session. Self-care techniques using breath, asana (postures), meditation, myofascial therapy balls and sound can all be customized to be part of your tool box to meet your needs physically and emotionally.

We all eventually have to face the administrative, physical, emotional, and spiritual process of death. How we approach this time is about how we live our life to experience a good death. This transition is a part of the cycle yet for many of us it is our greatest fear. As a certified End of Life Specialist, I use sound, meditation and coaching to help you transition through the cycle of birth, life and death with curiosity, openness and love.
