I was warmly greeted upon entering the space. Lucy was thorough in her consultation, asking specific questions about my concerns and goals for the appointment. She went over different stretches with me and how strength training would help in my recovery. She provided the right amount of pressure for my deep tissue massage and my range of motion was increased by the end of the appointment. I have already booked my next appointment and am hopeful that with Lucy's help, and my own work with strength training, we can get my body in a state of less chronic pain/issues.
