About Humble Hands Massage Therapy LLC

My name is Shaneia and I have been a Massage Therapist for 10 years.  I specialize in Therapeutic Massage for women using different types of massage techniques helping to relieve your everyday aches and pains, manage your chronic pain such as fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, and aid in stress relief. Each massage is customized with a style of massage that best fits what your body needs. That is why communication is key. It is important to share your health history, what pain you're experiencing, and what you're expecting to gain from your session. In turn, I explain treatments that would be best for you, what you can gain from them, and put together a wellness plan specifically designed for you.
