I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and EDS. As I age, muscle strength is crucial to avoid injury. Before hitting the weights at the gym, I wanted a deeper professional assessment over the run-of-the-mill trainer. Adrianna was immensely thorough and saved me from injury. Learned more in one visit than all my past PT & trainers combined. Value based service for sure. Highly recommend.

Very good massage
