This was my first visit with Adrianna Hope at Hope For More, and I was incredibly impressed. I came in dealing with sciatic pain on my left side that was radiating all the way down to my foot. From the start, her background in physical therapy and stretch therapy truly stood out. She approached my pain with a deeper level of assessment and understanding, not just a standard massage routine. She focused on my left side where the pain was most intense but also identified tightness on my right side that could be contributing to the imbalance. I appreciated how intentional and informed her work felt — she clearly understands how the body works as a whole. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing with the perfect background music, which made it easy to settle in and trust the process. At the end of the session, she followed up with thoughtful suggestions for moving forward. If she was able to address my sciatic pain this effectively in just one session, I have no doubt she’ll be able to help me long term. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.
