Hometown Massage Therapy is personalized massage built around what your body needs.

Iā€™m Heather, the massage therapist behind HMT, and I donā€™t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Every session starts with how youā€™re feeling that day and goes from there.

Sometimes that means focused work on something thatā€™s been bothering you. Sometimes it means slowing things down and giving your body a chance to settle. Most of the time, itā€™s a little of both.

My approach is relaxed, a little eclectic, and centered on helping you feel betterā€”not following a routine just because thatā€™s what massage is ā€œsupposedā€ to look like.

If something doesnā€™t feel right, thatā€™s where we start.

She is so personable that it's like a good friend and Therapist wrapped in one. I feel so welcomed when I walk in the door, and such relief when I walk out.
