About Hometown Massage Therapy-Heather, LMT

Your body deserves to be heard.
At Hometown Massage Therapy, I believe your body isn’t giving you a hard time—it may simply be having a hard time. Every session is individualized, allowing your body to help guide the work rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
With a blend of therapeutic techniques, clinical experience, and nearly 20 years of working with the body, my goal is to listen to what your body is showing us and meet it where it is that day.
Whether you’re navigating persistent tension, changes in movement, stress, recovery, or simply need time to reconnect with your body, your session is built around you.
Your body deserves to be heard. Let’s listen
