At Holland Family Massage, the focus is on caring for the caregivers. 

Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or chasing toddlers, we know you're pouring outward at an incredible rate! Our goal is to make refilling your cup easy.

Massage therapy can relieve the stress and/or discomfort of pregnancy and the postpartum year..
On our pregnancy tables you can lie face down.
With stretching and movement, we can increase pelvic space and optimize baby's position for birth.
Before and after a Cesarean birth, MLD therapy can reduce swelling and help you feel better faster.
