Lexa was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and did such a great job explaining to me what she was noticing about my body while she worked on me- which I loved. She followed my lead when it came to the amount that we spoke so I was able to learn about what she was noticing with some of my muscle groups, but also enjoy the quiet relaxation. I found it peaceful yet productive- just what I needed. I felt fantastic afterwards.
