About Heidi Sena LMT

Take time out of your busy day to unwind and settle.  I will thoughtfully create a session to promote relaxation and release muscle tension using gentle techniques such as Swedish Massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, and positional release.

Working together we can customize the right massage for your body.

Make massage a part of your self-care routine: I offer a discount for clients who come within 6 weeks of their last appointment.  $10 off for an appointment of 60 mins or more and $5 off for an appointment of less than 60 mins.  Discount taken at checkout and can not be combined with other offers.

I have been seeing Heidi for years now, following her from Body Kneads to her new location. I keep coming back because her massages are intentional and attuned to what I and my body needs. She is always seeking continuing education, sharing techniques she has learned and seamlessly integrated them into her practice. She is soft spoken and kind, very easy to work with. I could not recommend her more highly!
