I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist offering highly personalized bodywork for profound stress relief and recovery in 60-135 minute sessions.

• Clinical Recovery: Utilizing Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for inflammation reduction, injury healing, and post-operative care, as well as targeted massage techniques for alleviation of acute and chronic pain. 

With a background as a movement artist, yoga instructor, and trauma-informed educator, I bring a unique understanding of mobility, pain patterns, and the mind-body connection. My sessions are designed to address chronic pain patterns and help you achieve greater comfort in your daily life - whether you seek deep peace, symptomatic relief, injury management, or overall wellness.
