I am a professional and respectful Massage Therapist who enjoys taking care of my clients. I continue to learn new modalities to improve my knowledge to help my clients with various issues in their body, mind and spirit. Below are some of the techniques I do.
Swedish massage for those who are seeking relaxation only.
Deep Tissue to release any tight muscles, trigger points, and adhesion (knots).
Dry Cupping to release those hard to relax muscles by helping to pull out toxins, inflammation and stagnant blood that may be causing issues in the muscles. I also massage area with cups to help bring blood flow to the muscle to help it release. 

 Graston technique combined with exercise, helps break up scar tissue or muscle “knots,” which increases range of motion of joints, helps facilitate and quicken the healing process, increases the strength of muscle fibers, and reduces pain. love the benefits from cupping and graston techniques.

 Myoskeletal techniques to stretch and realign the body. Bringing relaxation and pain relief by bringing the body where it needs to be to preform.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.

Infrared Sauna blanket promotes healing. Sweats out toxin and heavy metals. Eases tension and wellbeing. Boost metabolism and burns calories. 

Ion Foot Detox helps with the body's natural detoxing by pulling out heavy metals, yeast, cellular debris, and other toxins that is stuck in the body.

I also do Aromatherapy and CBD oil to help the body, mind and spirit inside out.
