I hold an Associate’s degree from Wellspring School of Allied Health’s Massage Therapy Program. Since graduating, I’ve pursued further education, including training at the Upledger Institute in Craniosacral Therapy—a gentle technique that helps release tension and promote healing in the nervous system. Additionally, I am certified in Heated Bamboo Massage, which combines the soothing power of heat and deep tissue techniques for a truly relaxing experience.

I’m committed to lifelong learning, so I can always offer my clients the most effective, up-to-date treatments. My goal is to always bring the best techniques to the table, whether you’re coming in for relaxation, pain relief, or muscle recovery. You’ll always receive the care and attention you deserve, and I work with you to find the rhythm of relaxation that suits your body and mind.
