Gift Card & Prepaid Services
All
Gift Cards and Prepaid Services shall be used within 1 year of purchase
to be fully redeemable. Any Unused Gift Card or Prepaid Service
redeemed after one year will be honored at face value but subject to any
updated pricing, terms and or conditions in effect at the time of
redemption.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on prepaid services, workshops, unused packages, gift cards, etc. If we cannot accept your booking for any reason, a refund will be happy made back to your card.
Cancellation Policy
Unexpected
events keep us from our commitments on occasion. All cancellations or
appointment change requests should be made as soon as practical.
We would appreciate at least 48 hrs. notice for any change to or cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be billed at 50% of the service fee.
"No show" Appointments, cancellations inside of 24 hrs or "Day Of" cancellations will be charged in full.
All
consumer workshops, prepaid services and Gift Certificates, once
purchased are final, and no refunds can be given if purchaser or
recipient fails to schedule or changes their mind.
