My practice remains open but intentionally limited, allowing me to devote more time to professional education and private training.

My Sessions

I am a European- and Hawaiian-trained massage therapist practicing in the Greater Boston area.

With deep roots in the holistic and mind-body traditions of massage therapy, my practice has evolved over the years to include a more specialized clinical dimension. My work now also includes manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), post-surgical care, scar work, prenatal massage, breast and chest health, and massage for clients living with or recovering from cancer.

All of these services are offered with the same care, presence, and attention to detail that have always defined my holistic approach, recognizing that massage is about caring for the whole person, not simply addressing a condition or part of the body.

I recognize the profound connection between physical touch and emotional well-being. My original signature treatments, designed to address the needs of the whole person, remain available on a selective basis following an initial consultation.

I place great importance on clinical judgment, clear communication, and realistic expectations. My goal is not simply to provide a treatment, but to offer care that is purposeful, appropriate, and genuinely beneficial.

I remain committed to making a profound difference in the people I work with by creating a MOMENT IN TIME of calm and peace—in which to restore balance and promote the healing and awakening of Mind, Body, and Soul.

Everything is connected. Mental, physical, and emotional stress can create an environment in which one's well-being is greatly compromised. I believe that thoughtful, compassionate touch can help restore a sense of balance and connection, and that making time for self-care is an important part of living a full and healthy life.

I strive to create a peaceful environment where you can feel calm and at ease. Gentle aromatherapy, a heated treatment table, peaceful music, and soft lighting help create a comfortable setting for any type of treatment.
