Has always been a great experience. I believe my hearing impairment was misunderstood, and not any fault but my own. Before the massage, I was asked a question and I replied my hips (arthritis) and legs and feet. Hips, legs and feet were not included in the massage. Next time I will ask if I hear the question, and be specific of my needs
