On our pregnancy tables you can lie face down.
With stretching and movement, we can increase pelvic space and optimize baby's position for birth.
Before and after a Cesarean birth, MLD therapy can reduce swelling and help you feel better faster.

I cannot recommend GR Birth and Wellness enough. Every single one of the therapists is so talented and lovely. Amanda and Megan have really helped my body through pregnancy, postpartum, and now in the days of young children (equally as necessary!) They have a wonderful membership option as well to make it an amazing value.
