Darla's rich lineage and rich training, inspires her to uphold her acclaimed tutelage Myofascial Release legacy. 

Darla studied Structural Integration aka Direct Myofascial Therapy at the renowned Midwest Institute of Natural Healing, trained by the school's founder Camellia Davis-Beets who trained directly with the Legend Joseph Heller  himself aka Hellerwork.  (Joseph Heller was trained by the Legend and founder of Myofascial Release Dr.Ida Rolf. Joseph was Dr Ida's  right hand man and ran the Rolf Institute before he opened the Hellerwork Institute.)

A driven helper of others, Darla’s bodywork career began in 2001 with a part-time practice while working in the social work field. She advanced her practice full-time in 2003. By 2006, Darla became a Lead Instructor in her program and has since worked with individual clients and the Kansas City Brigades. Along her quest for holistic health and wellness, Darla returned to the Midwest Institute of Natural Healing, leading her to become a Holistic Nutritional Consultant.

Darla's passion for pain relief does not stop with external treatments, however, she looks at the internal, advising different foods that can assist in healing from the inside. A well-rounded practitioner, Darla Ketchum, LMT enters each session with new or repeat clients with a fresh outlook on resolving the issues in their tissues.
