New Clients

New clients may be subject to phone consultation prior to first appointment and review of location.  Feel free to call/text to discuss your first appointment.  All first time clients are required to complete an online secure Client Intake Form.  The form is sent to your email for completion prior to your first appointment.  Having this form completed prior prevents delays in your session start time and allows you the full session time for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Appointments

We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment start time.  This allows set up time and any time needed for us to converse in advance of your start time.  All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for you to relax and not be hurried.  

Reschedule or Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel online or reach out to me via email or text within 24 hours of your appointment.  You may text or email me to reschedule, but I encourage you to reschedule online to view all availability for your specific session type/time.  Rescheduling is fast and easy by accessing your confirmation and reminder emails and selecting a new time online that works best for your revised schedule.

Late Cancellations/Reschedules

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved on the schedule just for you.  Late cancellations/reschedules (for any reason and including no shows) that are not 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee will be incurred.  Your scheduled service is reserved on the calendar and late cancellations mean that we are unable to fill that spot for other clients.  The late cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of the base massage service scheduled.  No show to an appointment will be charged the full service scheduled.

Session Payment

Payment for your session is accepted at the time of the service or you may prepay when booking online, to make it convenient for you, but is not required.  At the time of service, we accept cash or credit/debit card.
