Booking Policy
When booking online the full amount of service is due to schedule your appointment. When booking by phone a card is REQUIRED to be put on file to secure your appointment date and time. Your card will only be charged on the day of your appointment. However, if there is a no call no show or a same day cancellation your card WILL be charged 100% of the service amount.
When booking an appointment for someone else their information is REQUIRED to secure the appointment date and time. If the person who is receiving the service information is not entered the appointment will be cancelled and you will be given a credit NO REFUND.
Refund Policy
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services or gift certificates, CREDITS ONLY.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for a cancellation of an appointment. If the appointment is already paid for a credit will go into your account. There are NO REFUNDS, CREDITS ONLY!!! Same day cancellations do not receive any credits.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Anyone 15 minutes late to their session no matter the time frame will have to schedule another appointment; NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be given. If you are going to be late, give us a call. Please be on time to your appointment.
