About Fusion Massage and Fitness

I am a Certified Massage Therapist, (CAMTC #91449), Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutritionist.

I have completed over 1100 hours of documented massage therapy education. I specialize in Swedish Massage, and Deep Tissue Ashiatsu. I also incorporate myofascial and sports techniques as needed. Sessions can range from relaxation to therapeutic or a combination of both.

My goals as a Fitness professional and Nutritionist are to help people move and feel better, and to live healthier lifestyles. I focus on resistance training, (weight lifting), for all of the benefits that come with it such as repaired metabolism, increased lean muscle mass and bone density, stronger joints, and better posture.

I have my own private massage and fitness studio in Chico, CA.
