Bio
After two decades in the corporate tech world, I hit a point where the work just wasnât feeding my soul anymore. I felt disconnectedâlike I was pouring energy into something that didnât reflect who I am or the kind of impact I wanted to make. So in 2023, I made a major life shift and stepped into a path that feels far more aligned: massage therapy.
That shift became Full Spectrum Healing LTDâmy private practice and a space I created with intention. Itâs more than just a massage room; itâs a safe, affirming place where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're LGBTQ+, navigating body shame, healing from injury, or just burned out and in need of careâyouâre welcome here. No judgment, no assumptions. Just support, respect, and care tailored to you.
I specialize in therapeutic bodywork, with a focus on recovery, lymphatic drainage, and supporting active lifestyles. Iâm a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and as someone who hikes, bikes, and backpacks regularly, I bring a deep respect for what our bodies can doâand how much they sometimes need help doing it.
My approach is about helping you feel better in your body, long term. I want to support your healing, your goals, and your right to feel at home in your own skin.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do you require from new clients before their first session?
To ensure a safe, respectful, and grounded experience for both of us, I ask new clients to briefly introduce themselves after booking their first appointment. Iâll ask how you found me, what youâre hoping to address through massage, and may request a social media profile or recent photo. This helps me feel safe and prepared when welcoming new people into my professional space.
To protect my time and reduce no-shows, I require all first-time sessions to be prepaid. All bookings and reschedule requests must go through my website, where the calendar is always currentâthis helps us both avoid unnecessary back-and-forth over availability. After your first visit, youâre welcome to pay at the time of service. Thanks for your understanding and for helping create a space built on mutual trust and clarity.
Are you licensed and insured?
YesâI'm a licensed massage therapist in Colorado and carry full professional liability insurance. I completed over 765 hours of training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and hold additional certification in manual lymphatic drainage therapy.
What is your massage style like?
My work is intuitive, attentive, and always client centered. I start with slow, flowing strokes to help your nervous system settle and your body soften. From there, I gradually layer in deeper work where itâs neededâalways staying connected and responsive to what your body tells me. I often find myself in an almost meditative state as I listen with my hands. Clients frequently tell me my work is deeply relaxing while also being focused and therapeutic in the areas that need attention.
Depending on your goals, I may incorporate techniques like kneading, compression, trigger point release, cross-fiber friction, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, or gentle stretching. I use a high-quality, unscented vegan cream that hydrates the skin without leaving a greasy feel or staining clothing.
Your comfort and safety are always the priority. If anything feels off or painful at any point, please speak upâthis is your time, and massage works best when your body feels safe and at ease.
Do you offer lymphatic drainage for post-surgical recovery?
YesâIâm trained and certified in manual lymphatic drainage to support healing after cosmetic, surgical, or medical procedures (such as liposuction, knee surgery, etc.). This gentle, targeted work helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote faster recovery. Lymphatic drainage is also beneficial for post-event athletic recovery and overall well-being.
I saw online that you offer new clients a discountâhow does that work?
Yes! New clients receive 15% off their first 75, 90 or 120-minute in-office session when booking directly through my MassageBook site. This offer doesnât apply to mobile/outcall services.
To receive the discount, just select the âNew Client Discount!â version of your preferred session when bookingâitâll show up right below the standard options.
Where will my massage take place?
Your session will either be in my home studio or at your home (see mobile info below). My studio is near Hampden Ave & S Tamarac Dr and offers a clean, cozy, and quiet space with soft music and a table designed for comfort. A guest bathroom is available just across the hall. I do have two cats, but theyâre never allowed in the massage or guest bathroom areas.
Do you offer mobile massage?
Yes, I offer mobile massage within a 20-mile radius at a higher rate to reflect the added time, setup, teardown, and the joys of navigating Denver traffic. If you're located just outside that range, feel free to reach outâwe may still be able to arrange a session with an additional travel fee.
Iâll arrive about 10 minutes early to complete intake and set up, and take around 10 minutes afterward to pack up.
Free, guaranteed parking directly adjacent to your home is requiredâno metered or permit-only parking. A private, quiet space must be prepared in advance. It must be free from pets, children, and other distractions, with enough room for the massage table and at least three feet of clearance on all sides. These terms are essential for a smooth, safe, and effective session and are non-negotiable.
SAVE WHEN YOU BOOK TWO!
If you have a partner or roommate whoâd also like a massage, you can save by booking back-to-back sessions at the same location. For instance, if you book a 90-minute mobile massage for $235 and your partner wants one right after, their session will only be my in-office rate of $135âbringing the total to $370, or just $185 each. Itâs a great way to enjoy the convenience of mobile massage while keeping costs down.
Do you provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients?
Absolutely. My practice is welcoming and affirming for LGBTQ+ individuals of all identities and expressions. I understand the challenges many in our community face in wellness spaces, and Iâm committed to providing respectful, body-positive care, free of assumptions or judgment. You are seen, valued, and supported hereâalways.
I'm self-conscious about my bodyâwhat if I'm embarrassed to get a massage?
Youâre not aloneâmany people carry shame or insecurity about their bodies. Massage isnât about having a âperfectâ bodyâitâs about supporting the one you have. This is a judgment-free space. You donât need to apologize, explain, or hide. My only goal is to help you feel safe, respected, and at ease in your own skin.
Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?
Yes! You can use HSA or FSA cards to pay for your sessionâa great way to invest in your wellbeing using pre-tax dollars.
Do I need to tip?
Nope! While I do accept tips, I never expect them. My rates reflect what I believe my work is worth, so thereâs no pressure to add anything extra. Some clients choose to tip as a thank-you, which I truly appreciateâbut itâs entirely optional. Iâm just glad you booked with me.
What if I don't see the day or time I want?
If your preferred day or time isnât available, feel free to reach out! Iâll do my best to accommodate. No promises, but it never hurts to ask.
How early can I arrive for my appointment?
Youâre welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early. I often have back-to-back appointments and need time to reset the space after the previous client. If you arrive earlier, feel free to wait in your car until 5 minutes before your session.
Where should I park?
Please park along the quiet street in front of the house. Kindly avoid the driveway so you donât block my roommatesâ cars.
What should I wear during the session? Will I be covered?
Massage is typically done with the client fully unclothed, but youâll always be properly draped with a clean sheet and blanketâonly the area being worked on is uncovered. Youâre welcome to undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you. Iâll leave the room while you get settled on the table and will knock and wait for your confirmation before re-entering.
What areas will be massaged?
A full-body session usually includes your back, arms, legs, glutes, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. Before we begin, weâll talk about what areas you want to focus onâor skip.
How will I feel afterward?
Most people feel deeply relaxed, sometimes even a little âfloatyâ or slowed down right after (we lovingly call it âmassage-brainâ). You may notice less tension, better range of motion, or even more energy and clarity in the days that follow.
What are the benefits of massage?
Massage can help relieve chronic tension and pain, improve circulation, boost joint mobility, reduce stress, and promote healing from injuries. Itâs also known to support better sleep, ease anxiety, improve posture, and create a greater overall sense of wellbeing.
Are there any medical conditions that make massage inadvisable?
Yesâsome health conditions require extra caution or a doctorâs approval. Iâll ask about your medical history before we begin, so please be honest about any diagnoses or medications. If youâre under a doctorâs care, I may request written clearance before your session to ensure your safety.
