Flying Falcon Therapies is a wellness-focused practice built on the belief that caring for your body should feel accessible, empowering, and community-driven. Founded in 2021 by now husband and wife team, Anna Rose & Steven Falconetti, their goal was to bring a variety of therapeutic and healing modalities to the community by hosting pop-up wellness events that expose people to holistic care without barriers to access. Today, their work centers on helping individuals and families “nest” in optimal health through therapeutic bodywork, yoga, education, and holistic events.

Our Massage Specialties: Include 

• “Massage & Stretching Combo
  Therapist uses PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) or Table Thai stretching techniques paired with massage. Used by athletes to improve workout recovery, muscle elasticity and range of motion.
   
• Neuromuscular (Trigger Point Therapy)
  By working with your body's nervous system, our therapists address trigger points, also known as "knots” to release tension around specific nerve centers.
   
• Myofascial Release (MFR)
  MFR targets the fascia rather than the muscle to eliminate restrictions, which are often felt as rigid or "stuck" areas. Slow, deep, and sometimes gentle pressure is given to stretch and "melt" restrictions.
   
• Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage
  Specially-designed cushions, extra pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent pressure on the abdomen. Please indicate # of weeks pregnant when booking.
   
• Reflexology
  By working a map of the soft tissue on the hands, feet, and head, the nervous system sends signals to corresponding  glands, organs and other bodily systems. Enhanced circulation and stress removal are common.
   
• “Not So Deep” Tissue 
  Utilizes slow strokes, sustained pressure, and cross-fiber friction to address fascial restrictions.
   
• Intraoral (“TMJ Massage”)
  Therapist works inside the mouth, specifically for TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, and chronic clenching/grinding.
