FLEXX  uses specialized and advanced muscular therapy techniques to optimize athletic performance and recovery by improving flexibility, restoring mobility, & facilitating muscle recovery.  Services including massage therapy & bodywork, stretch sessions, mobility training, & integrative muscular therapy (IMT).  IMT includes different specialized techniques, such as trigger point therapy, athletic cupping, compression/decompression, myofascial release, red light therapy, Body Tempering, muscle scraping & more!  Flexx has been trusted by parents and coaches to work with some of Brevard's most highly competitive youth athletes & sports teams, to provide individual team mobility programs, as well as individual sessions, to help identify muscular imbalances that inhibit athletic performance! Flexx massage therapist, Gina Ventimiglia, has over 17 years' work experience in clinical and athletic environments, is NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Certified practitioner.   hide
