About Higher Vibe Bodyworks

Most of us push ourselves physically and emotionally. Exercise, trauma, injuries, life stress with jobs and relationships, taking care of loved ones or those amazing moms and dads, it all adds up!

My goal is to make each session unique with one primary focus, you! During your session we discover hidden gems, "I didn't know that hurt." The body is a miraculous creation adapting to injury or stress in life. Effective treatment makes for a better you!
