Mon is an extremely highly skilled massage therapist who excels at both deep tissue sports massage and gentle massage. Mon listened to my concerns, addressed them and helped me to be pain free after years of chronic lower back and IT band pain. No other massage therapist’s work resulted in quick and long-term relief coupled with a care plan. I highly recommend Mon!
