Exciting News...!! New Location: 5180 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Suite C/D, in Kentwood! The entrance is in back of the building. Welcoming Staff Members to the Essential Aroma MMT Team! It has been a pleasure serving patients, both Veterans and Civilians, that have trusted Essential Aroma MMT to help with their self-care and muscle tension that just won't go away. Joining our journey to continue providing relief to our community, are Massage Therapist's Sarita, Louds and Johaun. Sarita brings 15 years of experience in medical, sports, deep pressure, hot stone and Swedish massages, as well as herbal modalities. Louds is a newly licensed Massage Therapist that has a natural given touch and level of skill beyond her experience. Johaun is an award-winning (2024 Michigan Massage State Championship Medalist) massage therapist that utilizes evidence- based research to drive our integrative massage practices. He is a functional therapeutic therapist. That simply means that he helps his client's bodies to function better. He is equally adept at standard services such as: Swedish (relaxation) massage, deep tissue, and hot stone massage. Johaun Hassen is a trailblazer in the massage therapy industry. He is a 22+ year veteran in the field, a board member for the Michigan chapter of the American Massage Therapist Association, a massage therapist volunteer/worker for Hospice, and an independent massage contractor for a multi-billion dollar furniture manufacturer here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Combined we offer Medical Massage Therapy, Acudetox, Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone massages. doTERRA Essential Oils, AromaTouch Technique and Symphony of the Cell applications are available as well.
