After a short consultation about problem areas I had a great massage tailored to what my body was needing. It was a combination of deep tissue, stretching, and other techniques to help. Isaiah talked through what he was doing and why. I was a little hesitant when I pulled in to the parking lot. It has more of an office building feel than massage, but it was worth it.
