On September 8th I arrived at Synerje at 8:45 a.m. in a lot of pain. I did not have an appointment, but Shannon and her newest therapist were getting ready for their day. On September 7th while working in the yard I had an encounter with a branch from a palm tree. I was bearly able to walk. Mark Baldwin a new Orthopedic Massage Therapist was available for an immediate massage. In 45 minutes he took away more "knots" in my shoulders and neck and adjusted my hips - which I had never had done before. I left feeling MUCH better. I woke up this morning feeling like a new person. No Tylenol today. A bit sore from the adjustment but I honestly had less trouble going up steps today. I had a knee replacement 3 year ago and steps have been difficult. I have already scheduled my next visit with Mark. Thank you Shanon for all that you do and for the extra specialty you have added to your practice. I remain a committed customer.
