About Embody Quantum

Welcome to Embody Quantum Massage & Wellness!

I’m Alyssa Okar, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over six years of experience.

I believe massage is a powerful way to help your body return to a state of balance and harmony. By soothing the nervous system, massage can gently guide your body out of fight-or-flight mode, relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and even help release stored emotions.

Every session I offer—whether Swedish, deep tissue, or a customized combination—is tailored to your unique needs. Upon request, I can enhance your experience with additional therapies such as cupping, red light, scalp massage. My goal is always to create a safe, healing space where you can fully relax, restore, and rejuvenate.
