Welcome to Embody Quantum

My name is Alyssa Okar and I am currently an AADP board certified Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Yoga Instructor. I am also pursuing my PHD in Integrative Medicine at Quantum University.

I believe massage is a great tool to bring your body back to a state of harmony and balance. Massage can soothe your nervous system which then helps bring your body out of fight or flight. It can also help with pain relief, muscle tension, enhance circulation and lymph flow and even unblock emotions. As a Massage Therapist I will always create a healing space for each client. Thank you Alyssa for an amazing message. My shoulders and neck are not as stiff and sore. You applied the perfect amout of pressure. The toasty room and bed was perfect on such a windy day. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
