Founded by Mary Dema-ala, Earth Star Holistic Health opened in 2020 to support the need for medical massage and energy healing during a time of restricted contact. 

Today, her bodywork practice has evolved to serving a variety of populations such as people with chronic pain, autoimmunity & oncology patients, athletes, pre-natal & post-natal, and autism. 

Mary specializes in muscle recovery, pain management, deep relaxation, and transmuting stagnant energy.
